Search Results are Limited to 250 Results
The DataRef system currently allows only the first 250 results from your query. We built in multiple tools to make sure that the limit doesn’t stop you from getting the prices you need.
Sorting
Sorting is one of the most powerful tools in DataRef. That allows you to sort your search results by whatever field you want ascending or descending. This allows you to quickly make the 250 results you see be the most recently sold or the highest price.
To sort simply click on the header you want to sort by on the table once for ascending and twice for descending. The 250 results will be returned AFTER the sorting has been completed.
Filtering
The next best way to control which 250 items you see is by refining your search criteria. Most users will do that by simply adding date ranges to their searches so they have a smaller result size. Once they are under 250 they will simply move forward their date to see the rest of the results.
The criteria here specified to show items that were sold between Jan 2021 and Jan 2022
You can use a combination of sorting and filtering to adjust your data set as sampled.
